Username and password data are stored in “encrypted” mode by email services. Mail servers are constantly updated and protected by firewall systems.

The website configuration is secured with SSL and a private key no shorter than 2048 bits (upon client request).
Server-to-server communications are secured with SSL and a private key no shorter than 2048 bits (upon client request).
Data is stored within the database in a password-protected manner and encrypted when representing credentials for accessing any service.
Database servers are state-of-the-art and protected by firewalls.
The operating systems adopted by Weblink are state-of-the-art, and a strict security patch update policy provided by the manufacturer is followed.
DATA HANDLING
Weblink Srl does not process client data in any way. However, if during extraordinary server maintenance operations, personal data contained in the client’s database becomes incidentally visible, Weblink Srl commits to not copying or extracting the discovered information and to maintaining the utmost confidentiality regarding any data that might be viewed.
MAIL BASIC
Professional email services can be accessed via a web interface or using POP3 protocols. An administrator manages the service through a web interface and can configure individual domains, email accounts, and allocate the required space and features.
MAIL EXCHANGE PROFESSIONAL CLML
Mail Exchange Professional CLML is the most comprehensive and reliable email service on the market. It allows you to share contacts, folders, and calendars, synchronize emails across all your devices, and much more. The main features of this service include centralized management of emails, calendars, and contacts. All data can be shared among users within a corporate network. Microsoft Outlook, available in the Microsoft Office suite, is the most commonly used client for connecting to an Exchange server, while web access is facilitated via Outlook Web Access, which closely resembles Outlook in its visual interface.
