Lombardy E-commerce Grant May 2021

The Lombardy E-commerce Grant offers non-repayable contributions to businesses looking to sell online or improve their existing e-commerce platform.

Timeline

Applications for the 2021 E-commerce Grant open at 12:00 PM on May 19, 2021, and close at 12:00 PM on June 22, 2021 (point C of the 2021 E-commerce Grant).

The Lombardy regional 2021 E-commerce Grant divides companies into two categories:

• micro-enterprises with annual turnover up to €2 million and up to 10 employees;
• small and medium-sized enterprises with annual turnover and employee numbers exceeding those of micro-enterprises.

The contributions are instead divided into these two categories:

• Micro-enterprises: Entry threshold €4,000, with 70% of eligible expenses reimbursed, up to a maximum contribution of €5,000.
• Small and medium-sized enterprises: Entry threshold €10,000, with 50% of eligible expenses reimbursed, up to a maximum contribution of €15,000.

Eligible Interventions

The areas of intervention supported by the Lombardy 2021 e-commerce grant include

• Enabling businesses to sell online or implementing and improving their e-commerce platforms (creating a new e-commerce site or enhancing an existing one)
• Selling products directly to end customers, whether B2C or B2B e-commerce
• Developing mobile-friendly online stores to encourage purchases from smartphones
• Conducting market analyses and configuring SEO strategies for search engine positioning
• Adding at least one foreign language to proprietary portals
• Integrating digital sales channels with existing CRM systems
• Designing, developing, and/or maintaining proprietary e-commerce systems (websites and/or mobile apps)
• Covering server space costs and integration with management systems

Digital Business Voucher Grant I4.0 PID Lombardy 2021

The Lombardy Region and Lombardy Chambers of Commerce, under the general “Digital Business” initiative, support the adoption of Industry 4.0 digital technologies to meet the innovation needs of Lombardy’s MPMIs (micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises) through process, product, and service digitization.

Eligibility

Micro-enterprises in Lombardy (Up to 10 employees and up to €2 million annual turnover or total annual balance) can receive a maximum non-repayable contribution of €5,000.

Small and medium-sized enterprises in Lombardy (11-250 employees and up to €50 million annual turnover or total annual balance) can receive a maximum non-repayable contribution of €15,000.

Timeline

Applications must be submitted exclusively online with a digital signature on this website from 2:00 PM on May 17, 2021, to 12:00 PM on June 18, 2021.

Projects must involve at least one of the following Industry 4.0 digital innovation technologies, such as: human-machine interfaces; simulation and cyber-physical systems; Vertical and horizontal integration; Internet of Things (IoT) and machines; digital technology solutions for automating production and sales systems, like our Order Collection App for agents; solutions for managing and coordinating business processes with high integration features.
